Ordering FAQs


How do I place an order?

If you are a brand new customer, please call into our office during office hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm to set up your account.

If you are a current customer, use our easy and simple online portal or mobile app to place an order at your convenience. You will need your account number and digits in your billing account to register for your free account. To download the Atlas Oil app, visit the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

Placing an order online does not guarantee same day or next day delivery. An email confirmation of your delivery date will be sent to you.


What is your minimum delivery?

Our minimum delivery is 100 gallons.


Do I need to be home when you delivery?

If you are a new customer or have not had a delivery in the past 18 months, we will need to inspect your tank before your first delivery. Please note that we will NOT deliver until your tank has successfully passed our required tank inspection. When ordering, please allow enough time for a proper tank inspection to be performed.

If you ran out of oil and a need a “prime and start” or your fill pipe is not accessible from outside, you will need to be home to allow our driver inside. Please provide this information in the special instructions when ordering online.


Do you offer same day deliveries?

Same day deliveries are usually possible, especially if you call early in the mornings to allow us time to adjust our driver’s schedules. Same day delivery fee applies for these deliveries.


When will my delivery be made?

Our goal is make your delivery within three business days (except weekends and holidays). An email confirmation will be sent with your schedule delivery day.


Do you offer special pricing?

If you are in need of more than 500 gallons, please call into our office to receive a price.


Do you delivery off-road diesel fuel?

Yes, if you need off-road diesel fuel (NRLM), please call our office for a price.
